ISSUES RESOLUTION PROCESS
At AKG Canada Employment Services, our priority is to follow a client-centered approach to issue resolution. This involves recognizing the unique circumstances of our clients and providing sensitive and respectful services to enable them to share their perspective on a given issue. We strive to create an environment that fosters high levels of trust between our employees and clients.
The Nanaimo WorkBC Centre has a process to ensure that anyone who receives or requests services and is dissatisfied with those services has the opportunity to have their circumstances reviewed. The attached document outlines the steps to take if you are not satisfied with any service provided by an employee of AKG Canada Employment Services or its Partner Agencies.
